Mr. Sandeep Mukherjee is a former Director, Government of India, with over 32 years of distinguished service in the Central Secretariat, having served in the Ministry of Law, Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, and the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT). He holds an M.Sc. in Chemistry and an LL.B. from the University of Delhi and retired from Government service on 31st January. His areas of specialization include Vigilance Administration, Reservation in Services (SC, ST, OBC, EWS), the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (POSH) Act, 2013, and Establishment and Service Rules.
