Ms. Ritu Singh is an accomplished professional with over 28 years of experience in project management, capacity building, and human resource development. A certified National Master Trainer under Khelo India, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports  and Trainer recognized by both Security Sector Skill Development Council, formed by The Central Association of Private Security Industry (CAPSI) and National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and Domestic Workers Sector Skill Council, under the aegis of Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) and NSDC she brings deep expertise in training design, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and HR systems management. With a strong academic background and a passion for empowering people through knowledge.

Ms Ritu has played a key role in implementing prestigious national projects such as Khelo India and Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY), working closely with the Sports Authority of India, NSDC (Skill India) and various education boards like CBSE CISCE & other State boards. Her prior experience includes leadership roles in sector skill councils and private sector organizations, where she drove operations, quality assurance, and large-scale training interventions.
